Queen of the Lakes Gravel Gang, Emily hated cycling growing up, but when she moved to the Lake District she realised that the further she rode the more cake stops were possible- she was hooked.
A mountain biker and gravel rider, Em can be found herding the Lake Gravel Gang, drinking coffee or chatting at one of my many gates in the Lakes.
She loves getting nerdy about maps, helping people be confident fixing mechanicals and binge watching rubbish on Netflix!
Vee is a "scientist by day, and a cycling enthusiast literally every other minute outside of work". Starting out as a bike commuter, Vee is now a fully fledged bikepacker, taking on trips across Europe, Rwanda, and some epic challenges here in the UK. After coming to two of our previous Sisters in the Wild weekends, we're stoked to have Vee join us to share her bikepacking passion with others.
Vee is currently a SITW guide in training, and working towards her qualifications in April. Good luck Vee!
